You would be expected to manage our Footwear & Accessories Design business with respect to:
1. Maintaining MIS (order report, inventory status, production pipeline etc.), including flagging any discrepancies, delays, etc.

2. Assist in Production: Getting work processed timely from each department

3. Follow-up of all orders & alterations

4. Creation of stencils for designs / sizes

5. Material sourcing, as required for orders / sampling

6. Maintain Bills of Material and Karigar Books

7. Quality control at each stage of production

**Qualifications**

We value skills and results. Potential backgrounds:

- Design graduate (Fashion, Textile or Footwear) from a premier design institute with 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools especially MS Excel
- Proficiency in use of designing softwares is preferred: Corel Draw, Photoshop and the like
- Prior experience in production management is preferred
