**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative R&D Engineer with expertise in electronics to join our dynamic team in the lighting industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Electronics components, circuits diagram knowledge, datasheet reading etc.
- Experience in PCB design using ORCAD software.
- Basic Electrical knowledge on wiring of panels, machines etc.
- Conduct feasibility studies and research to identify new technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and product designers, to integrate electronic solutions into overall product designs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in electronic components relevant to the lighting sector.
- Perform testing and validation of electronic prototypes, analyzing and troubleshooting issues to ensure high-quality, reliable products.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and partners to source electronic components and stay informed about market availability and pricing.
- Generate detailed documentation, including schematics, technical specifications, and test reports.
- Participate in product design reviews, providing input and recommendations for improvement.
- Keep track of project timelines and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of electronic components for product development cycles.
- Support the transition of R&D projects into production, working closely with manufacturing teams to address any production challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in electronic design tools and software (e.g., Altium, Cadence).
- Strong knowledge of LED technology, power electronics, and control systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electronic components and lighting products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative R&D environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
