Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert prospects via telecalling, online research, and direct field sales.
- Engage in client meetings, presentations, and consultations to offer tailored solar energy solutions.
- Prepare weekly plans and execute them with daily follow-ups and updates.
- Maintain structured reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance, with regular review and corrective actions.
- Ensure client satisfaction while creating value-driven relationships that contribute to business growth.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated, confident go-getter with 1-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably solar or energy solutions).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a naturally extroverted and presentable personality.
- Highly organized and systematic in planning, reporting, and reviewing.
- Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and integrity.
- Must be open to extensive travel and fieldwork across Kerala and nearby regions.
