**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Generate and review financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile discrepancies in financial records and resolve billing issues.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Handle invoicing, collections, and payments in a timely manner.
- Liaise with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal accounting policies.
- Support senior accountants and finance team with ad-hoc financial projects.
- Would need to travel to close pricing with various vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Should have access to own transport. (two or four wheeler)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable local tax regulations.
- Experience in ERP systems.
