Food and Beverage Supervisor

**1. For Freshers (Entry-Level)Job Role**:
As a Food & Beverage Associate (Fresher), you will support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining cleanliness and service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Set up dining areas and buffet tables as per standards.
- Clear tables and assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Learn menu items and be able to answer basic guest queries.
- Support kitchen and service team during peak hours.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- High School / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

As an experienced F&B Executive or Senior Steward, you will manage sections of the dining service, train junior staff, and ensure consistent guest satisfaction through efficient and courteous service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate service staff in assigned sections.
- Ensure SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are followed.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve them quickly.
- Train and mentor new or junior team members.
- Take initiative in up-selling and suggestive selling.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
- Assist in inventory, billing, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 1-5+ years of relevant experience in F&B service.
- Knowledge of food & beverage pairing, service etiquette.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
