Network Admin

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Network Configuration and Maintenance**:

- Design, install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers,

switches(managed & unmanaged), firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network-related issues promptly

to minimize downtime and ensure optimal network availability.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and

firmware upgrades to keep the network infrastructure secure and up to date.
- Coordinate with ISP vendors if required for internet related issues.

**2. Network Security**:

- Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against

unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and implement security measures to

mitigate risks.

**3. User Support**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users

experiencing network-related problems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of network-connected devices such as

computers, printers, and VoIP phones.
- Educate users on best practices for network usage and security to enhance

overall network efficiency and security.

**4. Network Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations,

protocols, and procedures.
- Generate reports on network performance, security incidents, and maintenance

activities for management review.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure alignment of network infrastructure

with overall IT strategy and business objectives.

**5. Network Planning and Optimization**:

- Plan and implement network expansion or upgrades to accommodate the

growing needs of the organization.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure that the network infrastructure can support

current and future requirements.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements in network

architecture and configurations.

**6. System Maintenance and optimization**
- Provide first-line support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions in Windows OS.
- Assist with system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Install and configure Linux server if required
- Configure FTP and maintain FTP database. Troubleshoot it when issue occurred.
- Maintain all IT asset updates and coordinate with vendors and with different

teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in network administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN,

VLAN, and WLAN
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, Remote desktop tools and Windows
- Strong Knowledge on Windows installation and troubleshooting, printer configuration

and setup.
- Maintain IT asset updates and coordinate with vendors and other internal teams.
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of Router, switches, hubs.
- Solid understanding on LAN(cat5 & cat6),WAN,VLAN, WLAN.
- Basic knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Good to have experience in network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
