**Job description**

We have an Urgent Requirement of **Accounts Executive** for a Leading Luxury Hair Care Company Based in Bandra, Mumbai
- Location : Bandra West, Mumbai
- Role : Accounts Executive/Accountant
- Department : Accounts & Finance
- Industry : Beauty and Wellness
- Salary : 4 - 5 LPA CTC
- Experience - 3 - 8 Yrs
- Qualification : Any Graduate

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Daily maintenance and Tallying of Petty Cash Managing the existing Distributors and Salons through meeting.
- Collection /Segregation and deposit of cheques form customers and update to the customers of the same.
- Stock and Audit Reports Submission - Physical Stock.
- Various Expenses Booking along with Travel vouchers verification and processing payments.
- To ensure bank reconciliation is done up to date.
- Various Expense Booking like Travel and Lodging.
- Monthly GST Working as given by the manager.
- Handling Priority Tasks as per the need and requirement of the business.
- Maintaining of Day-to-Day Accounting.
- Ensure import booking is done i.e. BOE, shippers invoice and booking purchase invoices.
- Having Knowledge of custom duties pertaining to our products.
- Maintaining various MIS reports.
- Vendor booking and payments.
- Maintaining directors personal accounts.
