- Lead Website Design & Enhancement: Conceptualize, design, and execute visually stunning and highly engaging web pages for the top.legal platform and marketing site, with a focus on improving user experience and conversion rates. This includes both new designs and significant enhancements to existing ones.
- Innovate & Elevate: Bring a fresh, cutting-edge aesthetic to our digital presence, ensuring our website and social media stand out in the B2B SaaS landscape. You'll be instrumental in defining and evolving our visual brand identity through innovative design concepts.
- Boost Engagement: Design compelling visual elements and interactive features that captivate our target audience (legal, sales, HR, procurement, finance professionals) and encourage deeper interaction with our content and product.
- Social Media Brilliance: Create impactful and on-brand visuals for our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter), optimizing them for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate & Brainstorm: Act as a key creative partner, actively participating in brainstorming sessions and offering innovative design solutions for various marketing and product initiatives. We want someone who loves to throw ideas around and create magic with us

**Qualifications**
- Proven Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating significant experience in web design, particularly with cutting-edge, engagement-focused designs for B2B software or SaaS companies.
- Creative Vision: A truly creative mind with an exceptional eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. You should be able to not only implement but also originate compelling design directions.
- Trend Savvy: Deep understanding of current web design trends, UI/UX best practices, and a demonstrated ability to translate these into effective B2B solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for development.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into design solutions that drive results (e.g., increased website style, engagement, leads).
- Communication Skills: Proficient English is required to articulate design concepts, present ideas, and provide constructive feedback within our team.
