Luxoft combines a unique blend of engineering excellence and deep industry expertise, specializing in automotive, financial services, travel and hospitality, healthcare, life sciences, media and telecommunications. **Responsibilities**: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join the Luxoft Legal Team. As Senior Legal Counsel for the Greater India region, you will be responsible for all aspects of the legal function, including providing both day-to-day and strategic legal support for labour and employment, tax, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, risk management, corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters to ensure the continued and sustainable growth of Luxoft's business in the region. You will also have transactional drafting and negotiation responsibilities on deals and provide ongoing legal advice to senior executives and business team members. This position is a good fit for someone looking for a challenging opportunity at a global, fast-moving, demanding and results-oriented company. You must have a law degree from an accredited law school with at least 8 years of relevant experience in a broad range of commercial law disciplines. Prior in-house legal experience in a global MNC is a plus. You must have strong drafting and negotiation skills and be familiar with legal concepts relating to Technology, including software licensing, intellectual property management and other related issues, preferably from the supplier side. **Skills**: Must have - Confident in written and spoken English. - Excellent drafting and negotiating skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure, dynamic and energetic environment. - Ability to manage and prioritise workload to optimize business results. - Maturity to work with mínimal supervision (but yet knows when to escalate to Management when necessary). - Ability to learn quickly and combine knowledge with commercial acumen to support business growth in the Greater India region. - Ability to assess and advise on legal and commercial risks as part of providing solution driven advice.
