Telesales Executive

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our digital marketing services in a persuasive manner. You will also follow up with leads, maintain an updated CRM database, and help convert leads into clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**:
- Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services (e.g., SEO, social media marketing, content creation, paid ads, etc.).
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential clients from various industries who can benefit from our digital marketing solutions.
- Set up appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales or business development team.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Resolve any queries or concerns they may have about digital marketing services.
- **Follow-up on Leads**:
- Maintain regular contact with potential clients to nurture leads until they convert.
- **CRM Management**:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Ensure all lead data, including contact details and conversation notes, are up to date.
- **Achieving Targets**:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Achieve lead conversion and sales targets set by the management.
- **Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to share client insights and improve the outreach process.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in a digital marketing company or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing) is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (or any other regional language, as per location).
- Ability to engage and persuade clients over the phone.
- **Tech Savvy**:
- **Sales-Oriented**: A passion for sales and client acquisition, with a proven ability to meet targets.
- **Problem-Solving**: Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections effectively.
- **Professionalism**: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
