Job Title: Plater/Fabricator

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabricate and install steel plates, beams, and other metal components for shipbuilding, construction, or other industrial projects.

2. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and requirements of metal components.

3. Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, and welding machines.

4. Weld and join metal components using various welding processes,

5. Inspect and test metal components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

6. Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as welders and fitters, to ensure metal components are installed correctly.

7. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 2+ years of experience as a plater/fabricator in shipbuilding, construction, or other industrial settings.

3. Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques, including cutting, shaping, and assembling.

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

5. Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy metal components.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in welding or metal fabrication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
