IT Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hardware & Device Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs when required
- **Network & Connectivity**:

- Manage and maintain office Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- **CCTV & Security Systems**:

- Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems
- Ensure proper backup and storage of CCTV footage
- **Software Support**:

- Install and update basic software, drivers, and tools on employee systems
- Resolve software-related queries and provide user support
- **IT Maintenance & Asset Management**:

- Maintain IT inventory (hardware & software licenses)
- Ensure regular updates, antivirus protection, and data security measures
- **End-User Support & Training**:

- Provide prompt technical support to employees across departments
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain IT maintenance logs, user access records, and IT asset documentation
- Report system issues and escalate to external vendors when required

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant IT support/maintenance experience (preferred in manufacturing sector)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, Wi-Fi routers, and basic IT security best practices
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle fieldwork within the premises

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
