IT Executive

Job Summary: The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and

optimizing the company's financial and operational software systems, with a

focus on both Tally and SAP. This role involves providing technical support,

troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless integration of these systems

of technical skills, accounting knowledge, and a problem-solving mind-set.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Tally and SAP software systems, including user

access, data integrity, and system performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Tally and SAP

functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data

discrepancies, and user errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the finance, accounting, and other departments to

understand their needs and provide solutions using Tally and SAP.
- Assist in the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and

enhancements for both software systems.
- Ensure that financial and accounting data is accurately recorded and

maintained in Tally and SAP, aligning with company policies and

statutory requirements.
- Generate and analyse reports from Tally and SAP to provide insights for

management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,

Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting both Tally and SAP

systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Tally and its various modules (e.g., accounting,

inventory, GST).
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, particularly those related to

finance (FICO).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
