**Position Overview**:
Location: Andheri

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Construction and Installation**:

- Build and install cabinetry, counters, shelving, and other fixtures required for the bakery setup.
- Install doors, windows, flooring, and trim work according to design specifications.
- Assemble and install custom bakery furniture and fixtures, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- **Repair and Maintenance**:

- Repair and maintain existing structures, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and fix potential issues before they become major problems.
- **Blueprint and Specification Interpretation**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the project requirements.
- Ensure all construction and installations are done in accordance with the provided designs and plans.
- **Material Selection and Procurement**:

- Select appropriate materials for specific projects, ensuring they are suitable for use in a bakery environment.
- Order and manage materials, ensuring timely availability for project completion.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Use and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other contractors, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians, to ensure cohesive project completion.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
- Make adjustments and corrections as necessary to achieve the desired results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, particularly in commercial construction and setup.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and sanders.
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
- Carpentry certification or apprenticeship is preferred but not required.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 5 days

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per day
