We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our printed non-woven bags to businesses and organizations in the designated territory. Your primary goal will be to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned territory.

2. Conduct in-person sales visits to present and demonstrate our range of printed non-woven bags.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with potential customers.

4. Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate product recommendations.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective customers.

6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction.

7. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.

8. Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.

9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

11. Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and generate leads.

12. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

13. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation using CRM software.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the printing, packaging, or promotional products industry.

2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results in a competitive sales environment.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

6. Knowledge of non-woven bags or related products is a plus.

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
