Job Title: ETL Tester

Job Location: Offshore - Bangalore (India)

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a single point of contact for the database/back-end testing phase of a project
- Define and implement best practices for test
- Develop and maintain a test strategy
- Ensure and be accountable for the quality of the product releases
- Understand the overall scope, and ensure the correctness and completeness of the test scripts
- Design and develop test scripts
- Execution of test scripts, log defects and perform retesting
- Track defects to closure by working with the development team
- Report the status of testing on a regular basis to all the stakeholders
- Interaction with clients/business stakeholders
- Assist in test effort estimation and forecasting
- Guide teams to be self-organized, and promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, continuous improvement, and celebrating success.
- Desired Profile:
Mandatory Skills:

- Strong educational background (degree in Computer Science or related field)
- Ability to solve problems during project execution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams)
- Good decision-making ability
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- 5+ years of experience in SQL Server/Snowflake
- 5+ years of experience in big data/Hadoop
- 5+ years of experience using SQL, Scala, Shell Script
- 5+ years of experience in ETL testing
- 5+ years of experience in Agile and DevOps Process Methodology

Preferred Skills:

- Master’s degree in a related field or in Business Administration (MS or MBA)
- Certified Scrum Master and experience managing agile team
- Experience in JIRA
- Background in the US healthcare industry
- Experience using HP Load Runner and JMeter.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
