**Job Title -SAP Scrum Master**

**Exp-5+Yrs**

**Notice-Immediate-15 Days**

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**: 1. Agile Facilitation: - Serve as the Scrum Master for SAP Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Foster an Agile mindset within the teams and promote continuous improvement. 2. Collaboration: - Collaborate with SAP Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines. - Remove impediments and barriers to the team's progress to ensure smooth project execution. 3. Project Management: - Manage and prioritize the project backlog in collaboration with the product owner. - Monitor and report project progress, ensuring the team meets sprint goals and commitments. 4. Communication: - Facilitate communication within the SAP Scrum team and with external stakeholders. - Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, and impediments. 5. Continuous Improvement: - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP Scrum teams and across the organization. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and delivery.

**Required Skills**: 1. Agile Expertise: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices. 2. Facilitation Skills: - Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive meetings and ceremonies. - Ability to foster collaboration, communication, and decision-making within the team. 3. Problem-Solving: - Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and impediments hindering project progress. 4. Adaptability: - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate complex project landscapes. 5. Communication Skills: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
