**Graphic and Web Designer**

We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic and Web Designer to join our team and contribute to both graphic design and web development projects. This role offers the opportunity to create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, as well as contribute to the development of user-friendly and engaging websites. As a Graphic and Web Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing graphics for print materials, digital advertisements, social media, and other marketing collateral.
- Create and optimize web graphics, icons, banners, and other visual elements for our online presence.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and developers to generate innovative design concepts.
- Design and develop user-friendly website layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages.
- Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all design and web assets.
- Participate in user experience (UX) design discussions to enhance website usability and engagement.
- Stay updated on design and web development trends to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple design and web projects, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interactive Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in both graphic design and web development, with a portfolio showcasing your work in both areas.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Proficiency in front-end web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with web design tools and frameworks, such as Bootstrap or similar.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design and development ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
