**About Drona Aviation**

Drona Aviation is an Indian tech company, based in Mumbai, focused on building an ecosystem for drone innovations. We have developed PlutoBlocks, India's only dronetech developer platform and we are a pioneer in the domain with the first consumer nano-drones in the country, since 2014.

Our platform provides all the necessary components for drone building, learning to code the chipboards and tinker with hardware to seed innovation in the consumer category, including hardware (Pluto 1.2 and Pluto X), an API- based simple programming environment (PlutoBlocks), the Pluto Controller App, an online learning course, and a community for developers to build and share ideas to innovate with drones.

**Video Editing & Post-Production**
- Edit raw video footage into engaging and polished content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and more.
- Trim, sequence, and enhance clips with transitions, color grading, text overlays, music, sound effects, and animations.
- Maintain a consistent visual tone and branding across all edited videos.

**Content Optimisation**
- Adapt videos for multiple formats and aspect ratios (1:1, 16:9, 9:16, etc.).
- Compress and export content for high-quality playback across different platforms.
- Suggest improvements in style, cuts, pacing, or visual storytelling to enhance viewer retention.

**Collaboration**
- Work with the content, design, and marketing teams to understand video goals.
- Edit educational tutorials, product explainers, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos, and drone footage.
- Implement feedback from the team and revise edits accordingly.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in any one or more video editing tools: Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut / InShot
- Creative storytelling through visuals
- Understanding of pacing, rhythm, audio sync, and transitions
- Basic motion graphics skills are a plus
- Can start an internship immediately.
- Are available for a duration of 3 months.
- Have relevant skills and interests.
- Able to commute to the Thane office on a daily basis.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
