Job Description: Field Sales Executive - Two-Wheeler Ownership

Location: Delhi NCR
Employment Type: Full-Time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Generation:
Promote and sell Hero motorcycles on ownership plans, including down payment and EMI options.

Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable motorcycle models and financing plans.

2. Lead Generation:
Actively approach potential customers in the field, including residential areas, markets, and commercial hubs, to generate leads.

Identify opportunities to convert leads into successful sales.

3. Customer Interaction:
Engage with prospective buyers to explain the features, benefits, and financing options available for Hero motorcycles.

Assist customers in completing the documentation process for financing.

4. Market Awareness:
Conduct surveys to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.

Provide insights to the Recruitment Manager to improve sales strategies.

5. Reporting:
Submit daily and weekly reports to the Recruitment Manager for review.

**Requirements**:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Experience: Prior experience in field sales, automotive sales, or finance-related sales is a plus.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Other: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
