**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to stay updated
- Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze insights and metrics to measure the success of campaigns
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns
- Run social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetics across all channels
- Organize contests, giveaways, and other activities to boost engagement
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance and suggest improvements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Social Media Executive, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Ability to handle multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,389.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month
