- support the implementation of a Domain data management approach across UBS
- build effective relationships and communication channels with domain sponsors and their teams
- interpret domain data and use the insights to drive value
- utilise and build on the data management capabilities already used in DMO (Data Management Office)

- You'll be working as part of the Data Management Office in Pune. We are responsible for defining and implementing the Domain data management strategy and operating model for UBS.
- We're a small friendly team looking to make a big positive impact.

**Your expertise**
- ideally at least 5 years experience as a business analyst, preferably in data and/or the finance/banking industry using Agile methodology
- able to handle multiple tasks, managing conflicting priorities and providing meaningful updates on progress
- takes a proactive approach to work, is self-motivated and a passionate achiever who likes to grow and stretch themselves
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor style to your audience and to collaborate with all levels in the organisation
- experience of process development and implementation in a data context
- methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- inquisitive with great stakeholder management skills
