**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, community events, and virtual sessions.
- Build relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and prospective students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of admission strategies to meet institutional goals.

**Counseling & Advising**

**Application Review & Admission**
- Evaluate and make recommendations on admission decisions based on academic records, test scores, personal statements, and other materials.

**Data & Reporting**

**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Mentor and guide junior admission staff and student ambassadors.
- Collaborate with academic departments, marketing, financial aid, and student services to coordinate admission efforts.

**Strategic Planning**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of admission strategies to meet institutional goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in education, communication, business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Typically 3-5+ years of progressive experience in college admissions

**Key Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of financial aid, academic advising, and enrollment trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
