**Designation: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location: Hyderabad | Madhapur**

**Experience: Fresher to 1 year**

**Availability to join: Immediate to max 15 days**

**Overview**:As a Digital Marketing Executive Performance Marketer at Ad Scholars, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing, and analyzing various performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to meet and exceed our client's goals and objectives. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive ROI and business growth.

**Responsibilities & Expectations**:

- Have basic idea of Meta and Google ad platforms.
- Should have experience in multiple scaling-up strategies.
- Work collaboratively with Account teams to translate client needs into campaign strategies that over-deliver on their needs.
- Should know how the technical aspects of the ad platforms i.e. pixel setup, ad account setup, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously refine campaign elements and improve performance.
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track campaign performance against KPIs.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, focusing on performance marketing and digital advertising.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel).
- Strong Strategic Thinking is required.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable outcomes and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certifications such as Google Ads certification, Facebook Blueprint certification, etc.
