**Job Title**:Sales Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in the coordination and management of sales activities and operations.**:

- **Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.**:

- **Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.**:

- **Monitor sales performance and assist in setting targets and KPIs.**:

- **Coordinate communication between the sales team and other internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance.**:

- **Handle customer inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process.**:

- **Organize and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.**:

- **Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, and handling correspondence.**:

- **Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and conferences.**:

- **Track and report on sales team activities, providing feedback and insights to improve performance.**:

- **Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role.**:

- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.**:

- **Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.**:

- **Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.**:

- **Familiarity with project management tools**

Pay: ₹11,081.48 - ₹37,139.96 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
