**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling and Guidance**:

- Assist prospective students in understanding various courses, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Provide personalized counseling to help students choose the right course based on their needs and career goals.
- **Lead Management**:

- Handle inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and other channels.
- Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into admissions.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain and update student information in the CRM system.
- Track and manage the progress of each lead through the admission funnel.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Conduct telephonic, video, and in-person counseling sessions.
- Coordinate with universities and colleges to stay updated on program offerings and admission deadlines.
- **Sales and Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize conversions.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor programs, and market demands.
- Suggest improvements to marketing and counseling strategies based on student feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed, MBA, or related fields preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in admission counseling, sales, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and empathize with student requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
