Experience & Skills:

- 9-12 years of experience in Powertrain and Transmission Systems with B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automobile Engineering.
- Must have worked on control software development, calibration or validation with profound knowledge of Automatic Transmissions and Dual Clutch Transmission systems.
- Experience in design / development / validation of Transmission functions like Shift Strategy and Clutch control, Torque coordination with vehicle controller, Cruise control and Adaptive Cruise Control strategies, Driveline safety
- Control functions development experience using Matlab/Simulink
- MIL, SIL and HIL validation experience for Transmission Systems
- Experience in functional safety and ISO26262 for overall powertrain and transmission systems in specific.
- Automotive processes like ASPIC

**Responsibilities**
- Technically lead a team of engineers on Transmission systems control software design, development and validation
- Front-end for all technical discussion with customers.
- Involvement in planning and execution approach with management teams.
- Own responsibility of on-time delivery, cost and quality.
- Support internal team for project execution
