Our client are designing and manufacturing company catering to Oil and Gas companies, Rotary equipment manufacturers and major consultants and contractors

Designation : Jr.QC Engineer (Instrumentation)

Qualification : Dip/BE - Mechanical / Instrumentation

Experience : 2-4 year in Oil and Gas firm

Working days: Saturday & Sunday off

Depends on Interview Performance

Location : Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To establish implement and maintain QEHS management system
- Implement & maintain Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Policy Comply with Legal & Other Requirements
- Develop and review implementation of Quality, Safety Health Environmental Management Programs and Operating Procedures
- Fulfill the Objectives & Targets
- Monitoring and Measurement of key characteristics and operations and activities related to significant aspect-impacts
- Justify the quality requirement as per the customer requirement with interaction with the Management.
- Inspection at vendor’s place as & when required.
- A working knowledge of BS/IEC/ISO/API/ATEX/EEMUA codes and standards relating to electrical and instrumentation work.
- Check conformity with the Quality Control Plan, obtain the relevant documentation, and check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and
- Ensure the correct implementation of the approved Inspection Test Plan.
- Inspection of incoming of Bought out items i.e. Pump, Motor, Blower, Electric Heater, Valves & other
- Instruments, etc. as per client specification requirement.
- Support to Production team for the assembly of the skid & installation of Bought out items i.e. Pump, Motor,
- Blower, Electric Heater, Valves & other Instruments, etc. as per Approved P&ID and Approved Drawing.
- Carried out shop floor QC inspection Activities i.e. verification of the Skid as per Approved P&ID and
- Approved Drawing, Packing verification for instrument items, FAT Test, etc.
- Independently Handle the FAT Test of finish good in workshop.
- Checks cable tray, cable laying and cable identification, performs all relevant loop checks, Performs tests of continuity, HV & IR test, tubing as per hook up drawing. With respect to approved wiring / SLD / logic
- Effective communication with different departments, Clients & vendors.
- Establish continuous Improvisation of the quality processes.
- Sharing the learnt lessons periodically with other colleagues.
- Site activities as & when required at customer end.
