- **Industry Knowledge**:Stay updated on job market trends and opportunities in the edtech sector, including specific industry requirements and educational programs.
- **Resource Provision**:Connect clients with relevant resources like job boards, training programs, and financial aid information.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other professionals, such as faculty and HR personnel, to provide comprehensive career services.
- **Relationship Building**:Develop and maintain connections with employers and educational institutions to facilitate placements and opportunities.
- **Client Engagement**:Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in career counseling or related areas.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Experience with career assessment tools and software.
- Knowledge of the edtech industry and job market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with online counseling and virtual platforms (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
