**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (BE Mechanical).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the heavy metal and fabrication industry.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy metal fabrication processes, machinery, and manufacturing techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in quality control measures and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
