We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Abacus Trainer. As an Abacus Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training sessions to students of all ages, helping them develop their mental calculation skills using the abacus. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the students' academic success and contribute to their overall development.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct training sessions to teach students how to effectively use the abacus for mental calculations
- Develop and implement lesson plans to ensure systematic learning and progression
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit the individual needs of each student
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters students' curiosity and enthusiasm
- Collaborate with other trainers and education professionals to continuously improve the training program
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and performance

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably in the field of mental calculation or mathematics education (not mandatory)
- Proficiency in mental calculation using the abacus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work with students of all ages and abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
