**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
- Monitor paid campaign performance across various platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
- Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign metrics, prepare reports, and present performance insights.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates.

**Requirements**:
We’re open to professionals from a variety of roles, as long as you meet the following criteria:

- **Experience as an Ads Executive or Paid Ads Specialist**, preferably managing Meta Ads.
- Hands-on knowledge of **Media Buying**, budgeting, and ROI tracking.
- Proven experience as a **Digital Marketing Executive** or Campaign Manager, even if at a basic level.
- Comfortable being referred to as a **Meta Ads Operator** (industry slang welcome).
- Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and other relevant ad platforms.
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using Google Analytics, Meta Ads reporting, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
