**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients (walk-in and online).
- Assess patient concerns and recommend appropriate **cosmetic & aesthetic treatments**.
- Clearly explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and address patient queries.
- Build trust and ensure patient satisfaction while guiding them to start treatments.
- Actively contribute to **converting patient inquiries into treatment enrollments**.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest cosmetic and aesthetic treatment protocols.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (BHMS, BAMS, BNYS, BSMS preferred).
- 0-3 years of clinical/consultation experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Strong **communication, counseling, and patient-handling skills**.
- Ability to explain medical & aesthetic treatments in a simple, reassuring way.
- **Sales mindset** - ability to build rapport and convert consultations into treatments.
- Previous experience in **cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinics** will be an advantage.
