**Job Description for wire cut operator.**
- Knowledge of setting up, operating and maintaining wire EDM machine to produce parts and components with complex shapes and precision.
- Should have knowledge of set up and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper functioning when making precision parts.
- Hand of experience in operating wire EDM machine, programming knowledge using software.
- Knowledge of CAD.
- Shall be responsible for executing the job as per drawing, GD&T knowledge, 2D programming.
- Fixture design for complicated jobs for wire EDM machine.
- Measuring instrument knowledge.
- Knowledge of 5S, safety and autonomous maintenance.
- Wire EDM programming skill.
- **Hands on experience in wire-cut, EDM & Spark.**:

- Required for machining including EDM sparking and drill machine.
- Ability to simple CAD drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Knowledge of good understanding of metals to be used from a range of metals and alloy based on properties such as hardness and heat treatment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Min 4 to 6 years of experience in sheet metal press tool mfg. industry.
- Min ITI machinist with EDM CNC programming course.
