**We're looking for Sales Rockstar**: A passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our growing UX design agency. You'll be instrumental in building strong client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and propelling our revenue forward.
**Responsibilities**:
- Become a client champion: Consult with clients to understand their design requriements, translating them into clear project scopes and proposals.
- Strategize for success: Develop and execute data-driven sales plans to consistently exceed targets.
- Prospect like a pro: Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and creative outreach.
- Close the deal: Deliver winning sales presentations and negotiate contracts with confidence.
- Foster collaboration: Work seamlessly with the UX design team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Be a data whiz: Track sales metrics, generate insightful reports, and contribute to data-driven decision making.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Understanding of UX and UI design and a keen understanding of its impact on businesses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build rapport, actively listen, and present with clarity and persuasion.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills: Secure deals with confidence.
- Collaborative spirit: Thrive in a team environment and champion client success alongside designers.
