Arjitva Associates is a Chennai-based multidisciplinary design and build firm specializing in premium **residential and commercial interiors**. Our work focuses on delivering high-quality, detail-oriented, and functional spaces. We are looking for a passionate and experienced **Interior Site Supervisor** to join our execution team and ensure seamless coordination, quality, and timely completion of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day interior site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and design teams to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure precision in finishing and detailing.
- Maintain accurate site reports, labour attendance, and material inventory.
- Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all standards.
- Report daily updates, challenges, and requirements to the project manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in **interior site supervision** (residential/commercial).
- Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery, finishes, and on-site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai and nearby areas.

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
- **Schedule**: Day shift, 6 days/week
