**Job Role: Direct Marketing Executive - Floor Polishing Tools & Polishing Grids**

**Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities**
- **On-Field Product Promotion**:

- Visit potential customers such as marble & granite contractors, floor polishing service providers, cleaning equipment dealers, and facility maintenance companies.
- Demonstrate product usage, performance, and quality benefits directly at customer sites or workshops.
- Distribute brochures, catalogues, and samples to generate interest.
- **Customer Acquisition & Lead Conversion**:

- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and trade networks.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by explaining product value, competitive pricing, and after-sales support.
- Maintain a customer contact log for follow-up visits.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat orders.
- Provide technical assistance and solutions to customer needs related to polishing tools and grids.
- Act as the first point of contact for any customer concerns.
- **Market Coverage & Expansion**:

- Cover assigned sales territories systematically to ensure maximum reach.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and local industry events to network and promote products.
- Gather information about competitors, market trends, and new opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain daily visit and sales reports for submission to the management.
- Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams for timely product delivery to customers.
- Track payment collections from clients and ensure on-time settlements.

**Skills & Qualities Required**
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Knowledge of floor polishing processes is an added advantage (training will be provided).
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
