Vaibhav Singh is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur. He spent his first 6 years at DeutscheBank, across Singapore & Sydney to manage a $3Bn flow book. He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and trend-savvy **Video Producer/Editor** with a passion for visual storytelling. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to conceptualize, execute, and deliver impactful video content for social media and performance marketing ad campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, stays ahead of trends, and is eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**The charter will include of**:
- Operate and manage camera equipment and gear during shoots.- Oversee shoot logistics, including handling equipment and guiding team members on set.- Edit timeline-based, non-linear video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.- Create basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.- Deliver polished short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube.- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate cutting-edge shooting and editing techniques.- Ensure all video content aligns with current trends and client objectives.- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and refine video concepts.- Take briefs and execute them effectively, balancing creativity with feasibility.- Advise on execution strategies and ensure timely delivery of high-quality

**Ideal Persona**:
- 1-2 years of experience in video production and editing, ideally within an agency or production house.- Proficiency in camera operation and equipment management.- Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects.- Experience in editing short-form video content for social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube.- Strong understanding of social media trends and shooting techniques.- Ability to work collaboratively, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.
