We are currently looking for a Performance Lead to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for The Digital Product on the HUL Business.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Understanding current ways of working in digital and the product offer in detail
- Understand the vision and the priorities for the next 6 months
In six months:
- Winning client confidence to drive key product conversations
- Interact with the partner ecosystem to scope new areas and offerings
In 12 months:
- Independently driving the digital narrative for HUL and landing key initiatives
- Have a robust future facing plan for product development and ensuring the digital product is future fit
What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
- Managing learning and experimentation initiatives
- Working with the digital media lead at HUL to ensure right scale up of plans and initiatives within the wider HUL ecosystem
- Working with GroupM and Mindshare centers of Excellence to continuously bring Global/regional/local ideas and initiative to HUL
What you’ll bring:
- A thorough understanding of digital platforms, performance matrices for each
- Digital best practices that help drive results for brands
- The ability to demonstrate the impact of digital on business growth and results
- The passion to create cutting edge digital work
Minimum qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Digital media/marketing
- Experience on brand and performance
- Platform/Client side experience a plus
