We are hiring Physiotherapist.

Male and females both are eligible for this job role.

1. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:Conduct thorough physical assessments to evaluate the patient's physical condition, pain levels, mobility, and strength.Review patient medical histories and collaborate with PMS to understand the scope of their condition.Identify physical impairments and functional limitations, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

2. Treatment and Rehabilitation:Design and implement individualized physiotherapy programs, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold therapy).Provide therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and overall mobility.Use physical techniques to alleviate pain, promote healing, and restore function in patients with musculoskeletal or neurological conditionsGuide and support patients in their rehabilitation process, ensuring proper techniques are followed to prevent further injury.

3. Patient Education and Counseling:Educate patients on posture correction, body mechanics, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention strategies.Provide advice on lifestyle changes, exercises, and self-care to enhance recovery and improve long-term physical healthCounsel patients and their families about the treatment process, setting realistic goals for recovery.

4. Progress Monitoring:Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomesCollaborate with other healthcare professionals (e.g., doctors, nurses, occupational therapists) to track and assess progress and modify care plans if requiredMaintain up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatments provided, and any concerns or adjustments made to the care plan.

5. Professional Development:Stay up to date with the latest physiotherapy techniques, treatments, and innovations by attending workshops, training sessions, and continuing education programs.
