**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales proposals, and handling customer inquiries.
- Coordinate sales activities, such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and customer events.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of sales reports.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

- **Sales Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and data.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Fluency in Hindi (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
