Position - ML testing, validation & documentation specialist

Job Description
- Validation/QA supporting supporting Data Scientists. The role is part part of Manufacturing

Intelligence team in India and supporting colleagues across different geographies. Comes with flexibility to work remotely.

**Responsibilities**:
Support team of data scientists as the machine learning models QA/validation SME

Responsible for documenting the model Qualification Plan and Technical Specification documents in collaboration with the data scientists and project team.

Document business and technical requirements for the ML model, including accuracy, performance, and functionality.

Create, Review and approve test cases to ensure model requirements and performance criteria are met.

Work closely with Data Scientists and Subject Matter Experts to ensure thorough evaluation and testing of the model.

Generate summary reports as per the Qualification Plan.

Interpret test results and provide feedback for improvement.

Skills Required:
Must haves:
Experience or familiarity with Computer System Validation/Quality Assurance practices in a Digital or IT organization

Familiarity with the lifecycle of AI/ML projects and Software Development.

Basic understanding of statistical analysis and programming language e.g. Python

Excellent documentation and writing skills

Experience of using Document management Software

Good to haves:
Experience with AI/ML modeling, preferably in healthcare/life science data.

Hands on experience with programming languages such as Python, R.

Experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes or chemical engineering background highly preferred.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Machine Learning (ML): 6 years (preferred)
- AI/ML Projects Lifecycle: 8 years (preferred)
- Computer System Validation (CSV): 7 years (preferred)
- Document Management Software: 7 years (preferred)
