**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Keyword Research**: Perform extensive keyword research to identify new SEO opportunities, focusing on high-traffic, relevant search terms.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, metadata (title, description, and headers), and images for search engines. Improve website architecture, internal linking, and ensure SEO best practices are met.
- **Off-Page Optimization**: Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the authority and visibility of the website. Build relationships with high-quality websites for guest posting and backlink opportunities.
- **SEO Audits**: Conduct regular SEO audits and website performance assessments, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Content Optimization**: Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content, blog posts, and landing pages.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and track industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- **Technical SEO**: Work closely with web developers to ensure SEO-friendly code, improve site speed, fix crawl issues, and ensure mobile optimization.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Use tools like **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, **SEMrush**, and **Ahrefs** to monitor SEO performance, track key metrics, and report on the effectiveness of SEO campaigns.
- **Report Generation**: Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly SEO performance reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas of opportunity.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices to ensure ongoing optimization.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **IT**, **Computer Science**, or a related field.
- SEO certifications (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an **SEO Executive** or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in SEO campaigns, keyword research, and link-building.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong understanding of **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, **SEMrush**, **Ahrefs**, **Moz**, and other SEO tools.
- Knowledge of **HTML**, **CSS**, and basic web development principles.
- Proficient in **on-page SEO**, **off-page SEO**, and **technical SEO**.
- Familiarity with **content management systems** (CMS) like **WordPress**, **Shopify**, or **Magento**.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with **local SEO** and optimizing Google My Business profiles.
- Understanding of **mobile SEO** and **voice search optimization**.
- Knowledge of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and how to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with **PPC campaigns** and understanding of **paid search**.
