**JOB DESCRIPTION**

SAP IS-OIL & GAS DOWNSTREAM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SAP IS-Oil Downstream Configuration & Implementation**: Configure and customize SAP IS-Oil modules to align with business needs, focusing on refining, distribution, and retail processes.
- **Business Process Optimization**: Analyze and optimize downstream processes such as product pricing, inventory management, order processing, and logistics within the SAP system.
- **Regulatory Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure SAP solutions are in line with industry regulations, such as environmental compliance, safety standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**: Provide ongoing system support, resolve issues, and implement enhancements to maintain system stability and performance.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**: Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and ensure that SAP solutions meet business objectives, delivering on-time and within scope.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with **SAP IS-Oil Downstream** solutions, particularly in refining, marketing, distribution, and retail operations.
- Strong proficiency in **SAP Materials Management (MM)**, **SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)**, **SAP Production Planning (PP)**, and **SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)**.
- Expertise in **SAP IS-Oil Master Data Management**, product tracking, pricing models, and downstream-specific business processes.
- Solid understanding of **regulatory requirements** within the oil and gas downstream industry, including environmental and safety standards.
- Experience with **SAP integration** (PI/PO) and data flow across various systems and modules.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **SAP S/4HANA** and the transition of IS-Oil modules to S/4HANA environments.
- Familiarity with **SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)** and **SAP Business Warehouse (BW)** for reporting and data analytics in downstream operations.
- Previous experience in leading or supporting SAP IS-Oil implementation projects.

**Education**:

- A degree in **Computer Science**, **Engineering**, **Information Systems**, or a related field.
- **SAP Certifications** in IS-Oil and relevant SAP modules are a plus.
