We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to manage and convert leads into successful admissions for PhD, UG/PG, and diploma courses. This role involves actively working within the CRM system to track and follow up with prospective students, counseling them through the admission process, and ensuring their enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Work with the CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper categorization of leads (Fresh, Not Connected, Follow-ups, Interested, Hot, Invalid, and Dead).
- **Student Counseling**: Call prospective students, understand their needs, and provide them with detailed information about PhD, UG/PG, and diploma courses.
- **Conversion**: Counsel students and guide them towards enrolling in their preferred course by addressing queries and concerns.
- **Follow-up**: Regularly follow up with leads to maximize conversions and ensure students complete the admission process.
- **Data Maintenance**: Ensure accurate recording of all communications and updates on lead status in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth processing and support of inquiries.
- **Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving specific monthly and quarterly admission targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- 0-3 years of experience in student counseling, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment with performance incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
