We are Hiring **Sales Officer for FMCG** company

**Gender** : Male

**Location** **:Puducherry.**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Complete ownership of the territory to deliver Business & Fundamentals in the account
- Building strong and sustainable Retailer relationships
- Joint business plans with top retailers
- Collaborating across the branch organization to deliver the key drivers of business
- Influencing & driving action basis strong analytical skills and data interpretation
- Bias for action for resolving retailer conflicts and issues
- Managing Team - motivating them and driving results via effective people management

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification UG/PG.
- 5+ years experience in Sales & Team Management.
- Preferred Background FMCG Sector.
- Self-Motivated and driven by targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
