This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of driving marketing initiatives to support our company's growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and solutions.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and marketing collaterals to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
- Organize and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage with potential clients and industry stakeholders.
- Manage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Maintain SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) ratio and optimize it in conjunction with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in executing B2B advertising campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint presentations and marketing collaterals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in coordinating events, webinars, and other promotional activities is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate availability for joining would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,508.74 - ₹34,037.38 per month
