Accounting Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging and informative accounting lessons to students of varying levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
- Create a well-structured curriculum that covers fundamental accounting principles, financial statements, taxation, and other relevant topics.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences as needed to discuss student performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
- Prior teaching experience or training in education methods is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
