**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for children's social, emotional, and academic growth.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and adapt curriculum to meet the developmental needs of nursery-aged children.
- Incorporate creative and interactive teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents and caregivers.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and conferences to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
- **Child Development**:

- Observe and understand the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Create opportunities for play, exploration, and discovery to support holistic development.
- Implement strategies to address diverse learning styles and abilities.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times.
- Follow established health and safety protocols in the classroom and on the premises.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Relevant teaching certification or qualification.
- Previous experience in teaching nursery-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology.
