- Answering phones, taking messages, handling mail, and providing general office support.

- Ordering and tracking office supplies and equipment.
- Maintaining records, filing documents, and entering data into spreadsheets.
- Assisting with planning and coordinating events
- General administrative tasks, recruitment processes, and office operations
- Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to job postings and hiring processes
- Greeting visitors and providing general assistance.

Required skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
